The Angus Family heads back to Louisville for Convention. The 2026 event will be held in conjunction with Angus shows at the North American International Livestock Exposition. 

Registration for the 2026 event will open August 1.

Tentative Outline of Major Events 

• Friday, Nov. 13: General Session 1, Welcome Reception 
• Saturday, Nov. 14: General Session 2, Industry Showcase, Angus University & Learning Lounge Sessions, Candidate Forum & Awards Dinner 
• Sunday, Nov. 15: NAILE Junior Show, Additional Education Sessions, State Caucuses and Candidate Reception 
• Monday, Nov. 16: Auxiliary Breakfast, General Session 3 and Convention of Delegates 
• Tuesday, Nov. 17: NAILE Open Show 

Focused on Conversation 

While we won't have a trade show in 2026, we will still offer time and space for you to connect with the industry and each other. Companies are invited to take part in the Industry Showcase and will have a space in the networking area located outside the main ballroom. This will allow for the same face-to-face conversation without the costly set up of a large booth. 

This format also allows our Angus Family to all be in one hotel and venue space. No more having to split up or hop from one hotel lobby to the next to connect with fellow producers and industry contacts.
